1. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $60

  • Standard Shipping Fee: $10 (for orders under $60)

  • Expedited Shipping Fee: $20 (for all orders)

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Your delivery timeframe begins once the carrier has received and scanned your parcel into their system.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Shipping Time: 7–15 business days

    • Estimated Delivery: 8–18 business days

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Shipping Time: 5–8 business days

    • Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days

3. General Info & Public Holidays

  • Delivery Estimates: Apply to business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Holiday Delay: Please allow an additional business day for each public or national holiday.

  • Military Addresses: At this time, we are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

4. Weekends & Mondays

  • Standard Delivery orders placed over the weekend are processed the next business day.

  • If your order is placed over the weekend or on a Monday, please allow for one additional day to your delivery timeframe.

5. Sale Periods

  • During our sale periods, there may be a slight delay of 1–3 business days in processing and shipping your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

6. Tracking

  • Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions.

  • You can also track your order at any time via our Live Chat.

7. Important Notes ⚠️
